Period: April–August | Possibility of Extension

We are now looking for several summer temporary workers for our clients in Norrköping starting in April and lasting until the end of August. For the right person, there are good opportunities for continued employment after the summer.

As a process operator, you will monitor and control a process-driven facility. Your responsibility is to ensure that production maintains high quality and operates optimally.

The work consists of both control room tasks and practical moments in the factory, including:

• Monitoring and regulating processes

• Rounds in the facility

• Ongoing contact with the control room via radio

• Troubleshooting and simple measures in case of deviations

We are looking for someone who is responsible, meticulous, and enjoys working in an industrial environment. You have an easy time collaborating and communicating but can also work independently.

• Ability to work shifts (day/evening/night)

• Good understanding of safety and procedures

• Previous experience in industrial or process work

• Experience with shift work

• Driver's license and car, as public transport cannot always be relied upon

• A varied and developing summer job

• Introduction and training at the workplace

• Possibility of extension or continued employment after the summer
